- Whittaker is a very large black man. He often wears a bowler hat and pin stripe suit.
Behavior
- Whittaker is a beaten man. He fought Reva for years trying to bring his side of the river better days, but she checked him at every turn. He hates her, and will do anything to cause her discomfort.
