Description: The gonga veve strips one die from the perception/alertness dice pool of a chosen target. This penalty lasts for one scene.
Origin: A Spirit of Ganjah - Haiti - 2090s - 1st Iteration. (ST:Bruce)
System: This Caribbean spirit demands that the caster spread the use of pot by the caster in exchange for its help in confusing/disorienting the target. It requires some item possessed by the subject in order to find its target.
