SLEEP

●●● -- MASS SLUMBER

Dice Pool: Manipulation + Hearth Wisdom = 6

Cost: Imbue 1 Divinity (or if affecting other supernaturals, Spend 1 Divinity)

Description: Your Avatar can now bring Slumber to multiple individuals with a few moments concentration, provided that they are not in combat or a similarly high-stakes situation. These individuals remain asleep until at least the end of the scene unless attacked or magically awakened. The number of people, including deities affected by this power equals the Avatar's successes on the power's activation roll; if deities are being affected, then the Avatar must spend the Divinity rather than simply Imbue it.

Trivial targets, those mortals with little or no drive or destiny, can be affected in much larger numbers and may be subject to this power even if they are in a high stress situation or in the midst of combat. The range of this power is generally line-of-sight, but Trivial characters can be affected without being seen and at several hundred feet.
