Description: The Avatar can rearrange the animal and plant life in a region to suit themselves. For instance a forest could move south a mile in the course of a night with a successful use of the Power and several successes. Or formerly arid or dead land could be reclaimed for agriculture, or a desert could become verdant grasslands, etc.
