Cost: 1 Divinity + 1 Willpower
Description: When she touches an opponent’s bare skin,
the Avatar can suck the water right out of that opponent’s
body. This attack inflicts an amount of lethal damage
equal to successes on the activation roll, minus the
opponent’s lethal soak.
