Characters may gain dots in Secrets, just like any other Knowledge Ability. Characters may gain dots in Secrets, just like any other Knowledge Ability. However, characters cannot spend experience points to raise their score in Secrets; instead, the characters must actually acquire the information represented by the level of knowledge they seek. As storyteller, you can assign points at the end of a Story that are to be applied to Secrets only.
