Sobriquet: Don Lozano
Appearance: Rosendo is a slender man with a dark olive skin. His has fine features marred by fine white scars along his jaws and cheeks. Rosendo is moderately tall, and often dresses in long coats of the finest design.
Behavior: He often smiles, and is smoothly social. Rosendo is very cold and calculating, while appearing to be having a good time. His brilliance is often brought out in his smooth wit and cunning discussions.
