Description: Rogério is the local Crime Lord or Mestre. He is 14 going on 40. One of his meninos (boys) heard about a group of new dwellers drifting through the area kidnapping locals and turistas, so he reported it. Rogério and his quadrilha (gang) are searching the area for these rogues who would dare poach on the Mestre's territory. Rogério keeps a dozen of his boys with him and can call on a dozen more in case of a border war.
