This ritual's power level depends greatly on its effective range and whether it is affected by Obfuscate, which I assume it is. -- "The Magister 21:58, 3 October 2018 (MDT)"
A good first draft, but a little thin on background. My only objection would be that the ritual detects all night-folk (supernaturals), most rituals are keyed to one species or another, not all of them. However, if the power of the ritual was high enough, that would be possible. -- "The Magister 10:28, 4 October 2018 (MDT)"
