Sobriquet: Mistress of the Sewers
Appearance: A shambling mound of rags and scraps, pierced by a bright eye and an extended claw. From somewhere within the mass (approximately five feet tall) can be heard the jingle of coin and the slow shuffle-slide of a dragged foot.
Behavior: Madame Cloaca preferred to pose as a beggar woman covered in rags, using Dominate to force peasants to give her alms, earning her quite a fortune. She also acts as an information broker, using Obfuscate to move around the city and watch for interesting developments. As she spent a great deal of her unlife in Torpor under a mass-grave, she has developed a rotten stench and has lapses in her ways of speaking, often using Latin phrases within a normal conversation.
