Sobriquet: Dr. Fischer
Appearance: Dr. Fischer has a highly angular face with stark winter blue eyes.
Behavior: Dr. Fischer is obsessed with the form and function of all beings. He holds conversations that are distracted because he is taking measurements with his eyes and contemplating genetic modification.
History: Dr. Fischer was born in Paris, in Issy-les-Moulineaux in 1830. He studied under several preeminent doctors. He began to do plastic surgery and healing using various methods. It was determined that with some help he would Awaken, so he was taken in and shown things that brought on his Awakening.
