Sobriquet:
Appearance: Petsha is rarely seen in person, using a variety of cutouts. No two agree on his appearance. He has been reported to be dark, and extremely pale, imposing and slight, blond, redhead, hair of brown or the jettest black. Obviously, if these reports actually are of him, he uses extensive disguises.
Behavior:
History: Petsha has a reputation for being able to get anything for anyone. Everything has a price, and only the most desperate will pay his. He provides the darkest of artifacts, and markets for those who have the most corrupting of goods to sell. The only constant is that his "partners" take the fall when his enemies come calling.
Recent Events: Trading entorpored vampires to jaded elders, Petsha caught the attention of the Justicars of the Camarilla. He escaped with his life, but lost a great deal of inventory.
