Grand Vizier Ilias Chakhchakh ibn Sa'id al Anfa al Hakaam of Anfa and Casablanca.
(Anfa is the old Berber name for Casablanca, and still refers to the old part of the city. Hakaam means "Judge.")
Ilias is in almost every respect the ruler of Casablanca. He is supposed to have been embraced sometime in the early 16th century, and became the Grand Vizier when his predecessor was killed by an assassin. His tenure has been considered very successful, and almost everyone happily brings their business to him rather than his sire. Still, he is a stickler for protocol, and always does business in his sire's name.
