Sobriquet: Deo

Appearance: Deo is 6'2", with pale skin, and black hair cut short. His eyes are a sharp blue, and narrowly set together.

Behavior: Deo is a former cavalry soldier, and has the straight back and hard demeanor of that life. He detests "peasants" and will brook almost no disrespect from "lessers". Deo derives a lot of pleasure from torturing those who fall into his hands. To his equals he is curt but pleasant. He will never use five words if three will do.

History:

Recent Events: Deo has begun a pogrom of deposing the current Prince via a series of false sins. It is the goal of the High Priest of Philadelphia to bring the Prince down by a thousand cuts.
