Appearance: Adkins is a mulatto black man of slender build and whip like strength.
Behavior: Adkins is known for an easy smile, that quite often never reaches his eyes.
History: Adkins grew up on the streets of Chicago, always determined to do the right thing. Krystahffers' dad was killed in the line of duty when the boy was 9, leaving 2 older siblings, two younger siblings, and Krystahffer. After several brushes with the law as a budding gang member, Krystaffer met a young man who told him there was no future in being in a gang. The man was very mesmerizing, and convinced him to clean up his act and join the police force.
Recent Events: He has a wife and two kids at home, also spending a lot of off duty time taking care of his Mom. Krystahffer doesn't want to die on duty like his father, so he is very careful.
