Commentary: Can we flesh this out? I noticed that Jamie has some things on his"to learn" page that list this as a source. As it is port of our library I wanted to do the same thing, but I do not see any source. Want to know what I can learn :) ~Kaitlin

This is the "safe" part of Ugo's library. It is described as containing a fantastic number of innovative (and extremely Corrupt) Necromantic rituals and paths, and almost all of the most common rituals and paths of Thaumaturgy. Utter Destruction of Bonds and Ritual of Holding were both specifically included by Bruce when Morgan was looking into what he could learn as his first rank 6. That said, yes, it would be nice to have this better fleshed out. -Jamie
