Ok, Obtenebration to create "something" to mask, Obtenebration to mask it. Your masked shadow posing as a reflection doesn't need any substance: I don't think you need fortitude at all. Rather, I think you need greater obtenebration: the writhing shadows of obtenebration 1 are not coherent enough to appear to be a person. I'd go with Obtenebration 3 or perhaps 4 - still quite doable.

The problem is that the DA rules indicate that Cloak the Gathering cannot be used in combination with Mask of a Thousand Faces. There is actually a specific rank 6 power for that. Therefore, I can't see how it can be done with obfuscate and obtenebration. -Jamie

Its curious to me that you are commenting on a potential discipline combination that I had yet to detail. But, since we are discussing it now, the discipline combination that I have called Magister's Reflection isn't meant to mask anything. Its purpose is steal another person's reflection, in essence, give that individual the Lasombra Flaw for a short period of time. I felt that it could be useful to be able to remove another vampire or mortal's reflection so that they could pass through area dense in cameras without leaving a trace. -- Bruce
