Description
The collection is an assemblage of very minor artificts that Kingston calls Trinkets. The dictionary definition is a small ornament, usually jewelry, of little value. Kingston's definition diverges in that Trinkets can be of any size, may be ugly, plain or highly attractive, but have inherent occult properties. Such items may be spontanious in that they came into being during a time of mystic significance or they may be created with occult intent.
Furthermore the occult properties of trinkets, positive or negative, are called complications in honor of the inner workings of clocks and watches. The art of Trinketry, a method developed by Kingston, allows him to identify Trinkets from other rubbish or collectables and to define their inherent complications and how those properties function together. As of yet Kingston still doesn't know how to create Trinkets on his own or to move or modify complications in Trinkets, but he believes it is indeed possible.
List of Items
