The Malkavians of London are a small group, or rather a small constellation of loosely affiliated groups, who are all known to one another. They socialize rarely, but in times of need they have means by which to communicate and places where they are want to gather. There are three Malkavian coteries in London. Two of these coteries occupy North London and they interact with each other fairly often while the third resides in South London.
The North London coteries are the Physicians of Summerhill and the League of Extraordinaries. The North London coteries are cordial and from time to time work together in the service of Mithras or the greater good.
The Physicians of Summerhill largely focus on the mental health of London's miriad millions and the undead of London's Night Society.
The most obviously influential of London's Lunatics is Dr. Timothy, an elder Malkavian devoted to the curing of the mentally ill by any and all means.
