This is a small three floor building at the corner of St Germain and University avenue in the 6th arrondissement. Each floor is around 2000 square feet, with a 4,000 square foot basement.  The books housed here are uncommon or rare texts dealing with hearth lore or mythology.  There are some hidden occult gems here, but only one or two.
