Introduction
Jigoku, in Japanese Buddhism, or hell, is a region popularly believed to be composed of a number of hot and cold regions located under the Earth. It is a place of suffering and humiliation wherein the Makuragi ("Those who sleep in hell") must suffer during their daytime slumber. It is also the dread realm from which they draw their hellish discipline thus making it equally the source of their power and suffering.
● Infernal Voice
The Makuragi otherwise known as "Those who sleep in hell" may project their Koe or infernal-voice through the realm of Jigoku to another Makuragi or to a stranger.
System: Wits + Empathy = Difficulty 4 for other Makuragi or 6 for strangers.
