This brothel belongs to Janine Jarrett, a Caitif vampire. The women and men here are well used whores, living in the shadow of the female vampire for her protection. She treates them badly but considers them her slaves, so she protects them jealously, killing those who try to leave her.

Janine is a member of the Sanguine Trading Guild that uses their resources to trade in human trafficking and other nefarious operations.
