The largest brewery in town, Tismuth Brewery is even making a name for itself in the big smoke. The owner Ira Tismuth is bottling his beers and stouts and shipping them to ale houses and public houses in London. He owns the local bottle making plant, and the barley mill. Ruthless and driven, Ira is in real competition with the other brewers in town, frustrated he doesn't have a lock on the new Blackwood Tavern business. He can often be found there trying to woo the owners to only sell his product.
