	Born in Japan, Takuto's family moved to San Francisco while he was a toddler. Takuto grew up working in his fathers market. When WW II hit, his family was uprooted and sent to Manzanar.		Born in Japan, Takuto's family moved to San Francisco while he was a toddler. Takuto grew up working in his fathers market. When WW II hit, his family was uprooted and sent to Manzanar camp in California. While there he met a Korean man who was swept up in the collection of the Japanese. Takuto watched him do his exercises, and grew fascinated. Over the next few years he trained under the Korean. Once they were released he continued to train in Tae Kwon Do.

			After he graduated from high school, Takuto went on to college to study biology and physics. He worked hard and graduated with a double major. He married a woman and settled down. One night while taking his wife home a car barrelled into them and Takuto's wife was thrown from the vehicle.

			When he came to Takuto was in the earth, and had to dig his way clear. A ravening hunger filled him, and when he exploded from the sand he fell upon his wife who was laying nearby. His pack members comforted him, and guided him to be a good Sabbat vampire.
