Of the factions currently vying for Istanbul, the Followers of Set have been here the longest. If they can be believed, their influence dates back to the tiny fishing village that became Byzantium. Though their street-level forces have taken great losses at the hands of Assamites, their influence is felt throughout the city, but particularly in the south-east, where smugglers come and go freely, and everything is for sale.

Despite a relative lack of presence, Settites seem to be able to affect Assamite held areas most readily, and with the nearest thing approaching impunity. Their intelligence concerning Assamite movements has saved the lives of their allies several times.
