The character understands others as well as they understand themselves (at least in the moment).<br /> <br /> ==System==<br /> <br /> On a Perception + Empathy roll (difficulty 6), the character understands emotions, hopes, fears, the true nature of individuals (Kindred, kine, werewolf, mage, potential mage, etc.), the presence and type of spirits, and anything else the Storyteller decides he should know. The limits of this extraordinary power can only be determined by the Storyteller, who should base the information gained on the number of successes that are obtained (five or more successes provide complete and fully accurate information; fewer successes provide information of correspondingly less detail and accuracy). Obfuscate can block the working of this power; anyone with Obfuscate of equal or greater level than the character&#039;s Auspex is automatically immune to Omniscience.<br /> <br /> The range of this power is typically line-of-sight, but the Storyteller may alter this as she sees fit.</div>
