The magician gains a reserve of "spare" Willpower points, equal in number to the target's Willpower Trait. Any Willpower expenditure comes from this pool, as long as it lasts; these points never recover. The magician also gains ''all'' the target's Abilities, for as long as the pool of stolen Willpower lasts.
