In the employ of Bruce Zieger, Hans went toe-to-toe with monstrous products of Tzimisce laboratories in the Balkans, frenzying vampires in England, and shadowy creatures out of a nightmare in Sicily. Somehow, he survived, often by dint of the miraculous blood that flowed in his veins.
