Players of any characters wishing to tell a deliberate lie in sight of the Cainite must gain more successes than the vampire’s player on a Manipulation + Subterfuge roll (difficulty 8). Anyone who fails to meet this requirement may still lie, but the Salubri recognizes the deception. This power cannot sense subtler deceptions by omission or half-truth.
