At one point a member of the royal advisors, he was ghouled by Valerius and used to control the government. Once it became apparent he wasn't ageing, Valerius embraced him and he stepped back out of the limelight of government. Geoffrey brought in his grand son [[Niles St. James]] to serve in public in his place. The grand father and his grand son worked together to manipulate Kindred and mortal politics alike.

			Once Niles also passed out of time to be able to work publicly, Valerius also embraced Niles. Niles was a powerful supporter and force to be reckoned with in the Kindred community. Unknown to Geoffrey Niles was corrupted by the Ba'ali, and offered more power. Geoffrey became concerned about the actions of Niles, and went to question him. When he did, Niles captured him, and is holding him in a cave under the streets of Southwark.

			Once in a while Niles takes a rich person to Geoffrey to let him feed. Starvation and rage have driven him insane. At this point he is effectively a wight.
