	Darklings are evil outcasts of The Vistani. When a raunie pronounces judgement on a vistani who has committed heinous crimes, she hurls the vishnadd dagger at his or her feet. Darklings are treacherous beings and masters in the art of using poisons. They retain the use of the evil eye, their forseeing ability enables them to always succeed on their saving throws (in 2nd edition)[4] or gain a massive bonus to Fortitude and Reflex saves (in 3rd Edition)

The Vistani always arrive to retrieve the bodies of darklings after their death.

Darklings can be encountered within Darkon (especially near the Mountains of Misery). Darklings will sometimes lead gangs of bandits in the service of greenhags.
