'''Description:''' The Avatar summons the power of Oblivion and sends it 
out into the world to kill a particular target. The ''Doom'' can take many 
forms and is a cosmetic effect left to the Avatar's player. The ''Doom'' 
has no distance limitations, but is limited to the plane in which it was 
conjured.

The target can try to outrun the ''Doom'' but he cannot hide from it for 
long. Certain wards and spells can keep it at bay for a time, but eventually 
it will make its kill.

If the target evades the ''Doom'' for a full year and a day, that ''Doom'' 
expires and another must be conjured to hunt the target down and slay him. 

The ''Doom'' has a variety of potential powers, again, mostly a cosmetic 
effect, but certain cultures set specific limitations or grant specialized 
abilities to the agents of death.
