Technocrats refer to their places of power as Constructs rather than Chantries. Among the younger, newer Technocrats, even the term "Construct" has fallen out of favor somewhat, since it's easily confused tieh the biocrafted beings of the Progenitors and Iteration X. Instead, they tend to use the term ''headquarters'', or the Convention-specific terms listed here.

Agents who belong to a Construct (which is most of them) are subject to restrictions similar to those governing Chantry-based mages: They have a certain degree of access to the Contructs resources as well. In exchange, however, they are also subject to attacks by it's enemies, and they must perform duties and chores and keep the place running.

Your rating in the Construct background determines how well liked you are in your Construct and how much contribution you've given in the past and can expect to receive in return. Specify which Construct this represents at Creation.
