'''History: '''Theo was born and raised in Prague.  Theo came from a wealthy police family in the city.  At the age of 25 he was promoted to a district commander in Prague. Nilola Popov initially ghouled Theo in an effort to take control of the cities police.  When Theo reached a point where his lack of aging was becoming apparent, Nikola decided to gift him with the embrace, in a bid to control the family fortune and clout Theo possessed.  After WW1 Theo became disenchanted with his sire, and having successfully avoided a blood bond, fled the city of Prague for America.  In America he traveled from New York to Chicago.
