But it costs a point of blood and lasts for only a single action. Because of is very basic level, it probably only grants the user two (2) extra dice to his or her intimidation dice pool. In all other ways, it should grant the user all the benefits of both powers for an action. -- Bruce

My thoughts were towards the idea that the user's bestial nature would become manifest with a theatrical scare. The vampires nature, (like dread gaze) would be superimposed on his/her face. I don't know whether the effect should be instantaneous or take the full round, but both level one discipline levels duration are a scene or until released. -- Morgan
