Description: The Magus needs the ability to protect themselves in close quarters.  This is the beginning to that end.  This first ritual allows the Magus to have a reliable weapon that will not easily be damaged.

Casting:  The caster runs the palm of their hand along the edge of the weapon causing 1 level of damage and uses one blood point along the edge of the weapon (2 total if the caster heals the lethal level).  Then cleans the blade with a oil and salt mixture over smoke from burning sage.

System:  Int + Rituals (lasts 1 season per success) The weapon with not need sharping.  It will not rust under any normal conditions.  The weapon will not break or be damaged due to age. This will also give the caster sufficient knowledge of the weapon for the rest of the weapon series.
