Ah, so many secrets to list and where to start.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Things began during the first lifetime as a kindred. I was first embraced as a 12th generation caitiff during a new years party 1997 in Denver Colorado that was crashed by the sabbat when they made a bid for control of that city. They drugged me with pcp and hallucinogens and then made the offer to let me live if I escaped them in a car chase. Predictably, I lost control of my car while racing down downtown Spear boulevard and ended up crashed on the bike path in the Platte river with my legs crushed just above the knees. This provided the Sabbat kindred with all the excuse they needed not to kill me but to embrace me as cannon fodder for their upcoming struggle against the Camarilla kindred of the city. I was able, with the help of my friends who had also been captured and embraced to extract myself from the clutches of the Sabbat and convinced Edward, Prince of Denver, that we were more useful to him undead than just dead. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The next few years of existence were similar to the experiences of most fledglings without mentors or responsible sires. Mistakes were made, lessons were learned, enmities were earned, debts were shoved down our throats etc. One of the few abilities that kept me among the undead was my knack for acting like a cockroach. I survived things that should have killed me or at the very least shunted me directly into torpor without passing go or collecting 200 dollars.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Things started getting weird when I was stuck in an elevator traveling down which was setting off sparks that ignited natural gas and of course this sets off the grumpy dragon in the back of my head. I promptly slam the door on Smaug and then there&#039;s this sinister voice in my head saying, &amp;quot;serve me and I&#039;ll make it all better&amp;quot;. I tell mister smart-ass voice to suck my wang and finally reach the bottom floor of wherever the elevator was headed. Finally the elevator/circulation flame oven goes out and I exit the area post haste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My history of evil truly begins with my first encounter with Dylan Bruce in London. Bruce Zieger and I were there when Dylan was making a mess and he decided to eliminate any witnesses to his bizarre abilities. The struggle was short and I was nearly catatonic from Dylan&#039;s use of Chains of Pleasure upon me as well as being extremely low on blood. Bruce knew from common Camarilla news that this was one of the red list members and that Dylan was of a potent generation compared to either of us. I don&#039;t really know what prompted him to do it but he grabbed me and had me sink my fangs into Dylan. I had never consumed kindred blood so potent and the likelihood of controlling myself from getting as much of that exquisite nectar as I was capable of was non-existent. This was my first diablerie and I was completely nuts by the time it was complete. Compound the insanities gained from the diablerie with Dylan&#039;s own and add a dash of his infernalism and you can get some idea of just how fucked up I was from that point on.&lt;br /&gt;

To date, this is the most advanced magic that the Baron has ever conceived of. With this ritual that has its&#039; basis in the two rituals of Power of the Invisible Flame and Vires Aquirit Aundo, successful casting of GPC will allow the caster to add attributes to or augment existing abilities of his/her uses of thaumaturgical paths. An example of the uses to which this may be put are as follows.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Milan wishes to use Lure of Flames to demoralize a small contingent of slavering Tzmisce war ghouls. With the casting of GPC, he succeeds in accumulating 3 successes on the Int/Rituals roll, (yes, this means 3 9s or 10s. With these successes, Milan chooses to add the capacities of form, movement and volume to his lure of flames. When he activates his lure of flames, (with the normal willpower roll, blood expendature and standard difficulties associated) he may craft the appearance of the flames he conjures into whatever form he wishes, (form) with an increased volume and may move these forms of flame much more quickly than would be otherwise possible. For instance, He creates a Tyranasaurus Rex of moving flame to attack the ghouls and has the apparition chase them once they begin retreating. Other augmentations such as difficulty to use the path, duration of a path effect, damage dealt, extra soak dice, area of effect and many others may be augmented. &#039;&#039;&#039;Each augmentation or added capacity may be changed only once&#039;&#039;&#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The attributes of the path to be augmented by the magus are determined before the casting of the ritual, much like a shopping list in that he lists the augmentations to the chosen path in the order in which he wishes successes to be applied. Applications of this ritual may be applied to nearly any attribute pertaining to the path in question and/or added to the path for the duration of the ritual. &#039;&#039;&#039;Such attributes or additions must actually be possible given the story tellers discretion&#039;&#039;&#039;. Such impossibilities include the aforementioned T-Rex being able to actually bite the fleeing ghouls, (after all, this is a burning apparition of flames and has no actual physical substance), enabling a stone construct, (golem, earth elemental, statue etc.) to fly or allowing transmutation to change a living being to a different physical state of matter. A clever and sneaky user of this ritual can certainly combine effects of different paths to fool onlookers in thinking that there is no limitation to the power of the augmented magus.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;The main restriction of this ritual is that it may only be used on a single path once&#039;&#039;&#039;. therafter, the duration of the ritual must expire or be prematurly ended, (via counter magic or some such) before GPC may be used to augment the same path once again. Any number of paths may be augmented at a given time with multiple castings of GPC.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
System: The Magus must gather materials specifically related to the path to be augmented, the attributes that he wishes to change and must be uninterrupted in the casting which lasts from exactly midnight on one of three days of the full moon untill the sun fully rises above the horizon in the east. This places quite a lot of strain on the caster and those whose path ratings are lacking may not be able to complete this ritual at all.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

Thus, if he possesses Fortitude 4 and his attacker wields an attack with Potence 4, they cancel one another out. The attacker rolls damage as normal and the Kindred rolls only Stamina to soak. If the Kindred has higher Fortitude than the attacking Potence, he may add the remainder of those dice to the soak roll. Note that learning this power requires getting hit...hard...a lot.&lt;br /&gt;

&#039;&#039;&#039;Casting:&#039;&#039;&#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&#039;&#039;&#039;System:&#039;&#039;&#039;The caster anoints his fingertips of one hand with rubbing alcohol, waits untill this evaporates and then pricks each finger and wills a small bead of his blood to rise to the surface of each fingertip. The caster then places his bloodied fingertips over the heart of the recipient and makes his intelligence/rituals roll at difficulty 6 for natural casters, 7 for others. For each success upon this roll, the casting time is reduced by 1 minute. The number of successes needed to cast a ritual upon another is dictated by the level of the ritual to be cast, i.e. a level 1 ritual would only need one success to transfer, while a level 5 ritual to be cast upon another would require 5 successes upon the Gift of Thaumaturgy roll.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Benesj arranges for Baron Ognyan to receive support from Andrev, Erin, and Milan (now masquerading as the neonate Gangrel Favyo).  With the help of Benesj&#039;s necromancy, the four track the Malkavian Basia to a soviet era bomb shelter in the basement of one of Pazardzhik&#039;s municipal buildings.  Benesj has effectively incapacitated her with necromantic curses, and her hastily-scraped-together forces put up a minimal fight.  However, her apparent ally, an apparent Settite flees the scene.  Ognyan easily dispatches Basia, and the group flee the building before it explodes.  With a Settite running loose, Ognyan decides to withdraw to nearby Sliven, and the group heads back to Gabrovo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Meanwhile, Benesj feels uneasy about his position in Gabrovo.  He uses auguries to determine that he will be attacked when &amp;quot;his enemies believe that he is alone.&amp;quot;  He withdraws into the shadowlands, only to feel that someone close to him is in danger.  He begins looking around, and determines that his pawn in the police department has been blatantly murdered by a Vampire who used Potence, Celerity and Sorcery.  He sorcerously follows the trail of the artifact, and finds another murder victim - one of his pawns in city government.  Benesj is able to get enough from the politician&#039;s dead memories to determine that a group of Vampires is using a sorcerous artifact to find his minions, and guesses that it homes in on his blood.  He contacts the group (now about 45 minutes outside of Pazardzhik and still about two hours from Gabrovo), who each use sorcery to appear in the Volos Building. Benesj meets them there, and shortly later, several large SUV&#039;s drive up and begin disgorging people.  One of them spots Benesj watching from the top floor, and the group hurries into the building.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Andrev fills the building with darkness, and Benesj activates the security system, closing security doors all over the building.  The Vampires begin smashing their way up the stairs accompanied by a large contingent of mortal bodyguards, only a few of whom were panicked by the Obtenebration.  The two groups confront one another on the sixth floor, and by dint of sorcery, superior position and the confusion caused by Obtenebration, the characters are able to drive the invaders off, killing two Vampires and several ghouls.  The survivors pile back into their vehicles and drive for the hills.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At this point, concern turns to the Masquerade.  Someone killed a police captain in his office, and smashed his way out of the building, through three heavy steel doors.  The group arranges for an elaborate distraction - a smash-and-grab raid on the station&#039;s evidence locker while the police are still struggling to get the security system to accept that the main doors are gone - so that Mac can sneak in and replace the three doors with replacements doctored with plausible pry marks and blast damage.  Meanwhile, the chief of Gabrovo police calls Benesj in to a secondary police station to answer some questions - He is one point bound to Benesj, and so is willing to extend the benefit of the doubt.  The police chief knows that Benesj&#039;s &amp;quot;people&amp;quot; were targeted in a series of assassinations and firefights throughout the city, and that the Volos building - their headquarters were attacked.  He also knows that the murdered captain was in Benesj&#039;s pocket.  He asks for answers, and seems to accept the answers he gets, though he does demand to interrogate Benesj&#039;s survivors.  He intimates (unsurprisingly) that the federal police are sending people to take things into hand before he takes a phone call and rushes out.&lt;br /&gt;
