Nickname: The Ghost (for his wont to appear astrally if at all), Killah Willie (Among the few fellow long-time residents of Leeds).

Appearance: A wrinkled old man with a balding pate and glasses so thick that they obscure his milky blue eyes. He usually wears the comfortable and easily donned clothing of an invalid. In person, he rarely stands, nor sits straight, so it is hard to gauge his height, but he is probably not particularly tall.

Behavior:

History: A resident of Leeds since before it began expanding into the urban wasteland it has become, Keller Willams has viewed events in the city largely through small slits in his curtains. This vantage gives him surprising insight into the events of the city.
