Appearance: A hard faced blond woman. She is fairly tall for a woman at 5' 10". Her slender build makes this even more apparent.

Behavior: Janine is a business woman, and a ruthless one at that. She smiles when pumping the punters and when she gets to take from the rich who scorn her.

History: Born in Cheapside in 1804, Janine worked in workhouses as a child, and was molested often by the men around her. When she reached the age of 14 Broman Davies took her out of the factories and into the whore house. She learned to satisfy the johns, and became good at the business of stealing. One night while running a con game she was grabbed and drained by a Sabbat member named Louis le Monstre. He was in London helping ready for an attack on the city. Once she came out of the ground, he began grooming her to help get more shovel heads for the attack. She worked with Pierre for four years, and when the Sabbat attacked the city, Pierre fled, pursued by the Sheriff. Janine stayed in the city and resurfaced as a good Brujah.

In the passing years she has continued in the game of running prostitutes, and has a special love for getting young boys. In the last decade she has begun to turn some of those she tricks into vampires, then selling them to elders who either want the rush of drinking vampire blood, or like Mithras can no longer survive on humans alone.

Recent Event: Janine has a wide network of contacts, and more than a passing interest stolen goods and trading people. While she mostly trades in the poor that no one will miss, she takes particular pleasure at corrupting the young debutantes where she can and selling them to the highest bidders. She has a good hand in the heroin trade, and also is known to run protection.

She and Fagan are not friends, and he works hard to make her life miserable.
