Sobriquet: Ginette (Pronounced Zen-ehh)

Appearance: Ginette is short, barely 5' tall. Her body is slim of build. Her hair is black with streaks of light brown in it. She seldom wears it loose in human form, keeping it tied in a simple braid. Ginette dresses in fine dresses for public appearances. Encountering her in the sewers or her home shw will mostly be in pants and a cotton blouse.

Behavior: Ginette is a very controlled woman. Usually brusque and curt, she can be warm and kind in the right situation. Anyone known to hurt rats or kill them will not be kindly regarded. Ginette is the matriarch of the rats in Paris, and has a very regal demeanor.

History

Born in 1873, her mother was a human, father a Ratkin. Ginette is one of triplets. Neither of her sisters were given the Gift of being a Changing Breed. When she entered puberty Ginette changed the first time, and was brought into the clan by her father. She quickly learned the ways of her clan, and formed a strong bond with their spirit guide Ninkilim. She has birthed several broods of ratkin, and has several sons and daughters in the city. She is married to Jean Jacques Lepaul, and while they are married, he acknowledges her as the Matriarch to Come.

Ginette is known by many of the supernaturals in the city, and has a substantial network of informants. Many of the poor and homeless in the city are fed by her, and do business in the underground at her discretion.
