Appearance: Caelan (KEE-lan) is a teen waif cursed with dark blond hair which she dyes ridiculous colors, pale skin a Goth would kill for and amber eyes that seem to see things others cannot. Most of the time she wears her preppy high-school uniform or the tastefully trendy clothes her mother buys for her, but left to her own devices she is more of a Pippy Longstocking meets Harley Quinn.
Behavior: Caelan is a bright young lass with a inquisitive and open minded attitude. Her lack of social experience is a direct result of a strong academic drive and an overbearing alpha-perfectionist parent with ambitions for her baby-girl. First impressions of Caelan can lead new aquantances to look upon her as naive or fanciful for her eccentric behavior, but such individuals would be dead-wrong in mistaking free-thinking higher intelligence and a little inexperience for gullibility or woolheadedness.
History: Caelan was born in London, England in the mid-nineteen-ninties to a Enhlish artist father and an Irish corporate executive mother. The seven-year-itch kicked in and the marriage ended shortly after Caelan's sixth birthday. She moved with her mother to the United States and has lived in San Francisco for the last ten years. She barely remembers London, but still speaks the Queen's English with a northern California accent.
