This is a Rave club off Noriega boulevard. It is entered by a street level entrance which opens on a dance floor. The Bars are lit with flashing colors, with mirrors behind them. The music is always pumping. There are four levels to the club, with one level above, and two levels below the entrance. On the lower level of the club is a strip club, where girls can mix with patrons who pay to enter that level. Below that is the VIP club, where the rich partiers go to have private time with the dancers.

Basement Level (VIP Lounge)

The club is owned by Manolo Tajo Roque. He is broad shouldered man of Filipino extraction. Manolo favors black power suits and white, wide brimmed hats.
