Total Restraint
After several lifetimes of experience, one begins to see all the things that can and will go wrong. Such vision begins to hem in those with such vision, as no path appears free of consequences. All options lead to pain and death. All actions are driven to a stand still from too much information, too many thoughts of failure. This leads to being totally, mentally restrained. It takes effort of will to decide in a course of action and pursue it. Otherwise that vampire sits and looks at the world and can not move forward.
