Paul Bélanger
Sobriquet: Maître Ingénieur
Appearance: Paul is a kindly man. His hair is down to his shoulders, he wears slightly gray tunics under his leather work apron. His Aether Goggles ride his head perpetually. His face is slightly burned all the time, due to exposure to the forces he manipulates. He is stout and strong, and only his slightly white hair betrays his age.
Behavior: Maitre is a highly disciplined man. He speaks several languages. He can and does converse with people in their native tongue most times, seemingly flawlessly switching between them without thought. His charisma is palpable, and his keen wit make him hard to dislike.
History: Born in the 1500's, Maitre has been around a little...He was instrumental in bringing and end to the War of Traditions. He has a strong sense of tradition, and will tolerate very little meddling with his brokered peace. Strangely he seems to have met and known the major figures in both the past and present. He is known to speak of General Washington with a kind gleam, and has more than a little disdain for Napoleon. In some scattered conversations he will make passing reference to things in the future...
