Appearance: An attractive, very businesslike woman. Her brown hair is cut short and she still has a preference for power-suits. However, her mastery of Vicissitude has allowed her of late to metamorphose into a host of new forms that she is still practicing. While it take time and effort, not to mention quite a bit of blood to take on new shapes, she is now capable of changing her form to suit her mood or purposes.
Behavior: Wendy has a gift for worming her way into the confidences of other people, it is after all, why the Sabbat Embraced her and selected her for scout duty. She is smart, charismatic and driven, but she also possesses a sly sense of humor and a fondness for elaborate pranks. Her loyalty to the sect has waned over the last decade, perhaps due to the amount of time she spends with her Camarilla friends and informants. Or, it could be her steady growth upon the Path of Power and the Inner Voice which demands that she be true to herself above all others. After all, she was poised to step into a life of power and privilege before the Sabbat snatched her off the streets and put her through the creation rights. She knows the sect has big plans for her, but did anyone ask her what she wanted? Still, she does her job, sticks to the plan and has slowly, over the last ten years, infiltrated virtually all the coteries represented by the younger Kindred of Chicago. Her knowledge of Chicago and its secrets now rivals her mentor Phillipe who constantly watches her to ensure she doesn't give the game away. Still, while slowing working to dredge every tiny bit of useful information from all her informants (the younger Kindred of Chicago), she has sounded out almost every young vampire to see who would be willing to convert and who has to die when the Sabbat takes Chicago. In this regard, she has been especially successful with the Caitiff of Chicago, who she feels are ready to join the sect. All save Maldavis, of course, with her bleeding heart sensibilities and involvement with the elders, has to die. Perhaps, if Wendy is lucky, she can drink Maldavis potent blood and steal her generation...
History: Wendy Wade is a Tzimisce active in Chicago following the War of Chicago and the power-vacuum that followed.
Born into Baltimore as the daughter of a powerful corporate lawyer, Wade was groomed for power since a young age. Graduating from the Columbia University in 1978 on top of her class, Wade began to work for the most prestigious law firm on Wall Street. Her future seemed bright, until she made the mistake of going home late on night. The Sabbat needed new shovelheads in their war against the Camarilla at the East Coast and took her with them. During her Creation Rites, Wade managed to stay sane and avoid Frenzy, a remarkable feat for a neonate. Several Sabbat Elders have since groomed the young neonate for positions of power within the sect, thanks to her quick strategic thinking and self-control. As a prt of these high expectations, she was one of the first assigned to the pack tasked to infiltrate Chicago.
Over the last decade she has gone deep undercover, emerging only to long enough to participate in weekly and monthly ritae. Her alternate identity is that of Moira Darling, a young and naive Caitiff who has become an integral member of the social circles of the younger Kindred in Chicago.
Recent Events: Last year, she experienced a spiritual crisis and took some personal time to "find herself" in Eastern Europe. She has only just recently returned with a plausible cover-story and some new skills. She has been working over-time to get back up-to-speed on events that have transpired among the Camarilla of Chicago.
