The Europa Center plays host to many visiting Kindred , allowing them to feel secure in the knowledge that the Elysium will most likely not be broken. For this reason, Wilhelm often choses the Europa Center to organize an Elysium meet when new visiting Kindred have just arrived and need to be introduced. The Keeper of the Elysium is the Brujah Primogen Dieter.

Europa center The Europa Center is a building complex on with a high-rise tower, a sprawling combination of hotel, congress center, shopping malls and nightclub strip.. It is a historically preserved building. The site of the present-day Europa-Center, in “New West” Berlin (also known as “City-West”), was from 1916 home to the Romanisches Café, a meeting place for writers, artists and people in the theatre business, as well as those who aspired to join them. After being bombed during the Second World War in November 1943 the building lay in ruins. For a decade the premises were used only intermittently, according to need. Makeshift constructions were used variously by wrestlers, circus performers and missionaries, followed by food outlets and briefly a cinema hosting so-called Sittenfilme (“films of manners”).

The congress center hall is usually used to gather Kindred during the Elysium meet. Inside, several bars, a casino, one cabaret, a first-run cinema and a hotel are scattered among the shops and boutiques. The casino and bars stay open until early in the morning, giving kindred a place where they can feed on Berliners and tourists. The Europa center is one of the most solidly estabilished areas of political neutrality in the city. Most Kindred gladly follow these rules, as the Europa center contains the only Kindred bar in town. Das Fleidermaus (The bat) is carefully hidden away of most of the people that came in to Europ Center, built into the sub-basement of the massive complex.

The Europa Center permits admission to only those humans jaded enough to be bored by all of the giant mall’s attractions. Kindred are always allowed. Many visiting Kindred have stayed within the center never leaving its confines until their business grew too pressing.
