Behavior: Romy is a nice guy, likes his cigarettes and booze flavored blood. He is very much a rock and roll musician wanting to bounce around a party, even if he looks like three shades of dead.

History: Romy is a street musician of some talent. He is a very good guitarist, and with the help of Obfuscate, he has been playing in various night clubs around the city.

Recent Events: Romy witnessed the beating death of Marc Livingston outside a club in the 8th arrondissement. He was with Alicia Lapasse at the time.
