Everyone's favorite bad-boy, Dylan lost all his generation after being captured by Jeremy Sanderson & Morgan Erlich and turned over to the Tremere for the Red-List reward. The Tremere used an arcane ritual to stripe him of his generation and began experimenting on him trying to figure out how his infernal investments worked and if they could be adapted for clan uses. Unfortunately, for everyone, he survived years of experimentation and finally escaped, killing and diablerizing a number of the Tremere in the process. That might have been the end of the affair except Dylan wanted revenge and began stalking the London Tremere; ultimately he succeeded in either killing or diablerizing every single member of the London chantry. He wasn't so much stopped as he overloaded himself on diableries and finally had to slow down and digest his numerous victims. We know from past experiences that he will finally succeed in reconciling his many soul fragments and move on to bigger and badder things. It has been suggested by Brian that his many personalities will work a kind of spiritual alchemy upon him and he may go on to be something other than an infernalist monster. Personally, I think he is a bad seed moving towards a bad end, but I have never been labeled an optimist by anyone.
