Steamboats Coffee, Tea, and Beer
This diner type place serves basic food, burgers, pancakes, and beer. It sits 200 yards from the Mississippi river, and uses a lot of paddle boat memorabilia for flavor. River charts and pictures of paddle boats cover the walls.
Allora Danning owns the place. Ralph Perkins is the main fry cook. These two can be found in the restaurant at almost any hour of the day. The seating is as you choose. Persia Winter usually sits in a booth along the south wall, drinking beer. Occasionally, Nole Sams will sit at a close table, and the two will talk.
What is truly different about this place is that it is a self contained Null zone. Magic, disciplines, gifts, etc. all stop here. Very few know of this little diners properties, but those that do protect its secrecy with a vengeance.
