Hector Montoya - Tremere Ambassador to and Regent of Casablanca (reassigned as regent of Quito, Equador): (4pts) For keeping silent to everyone about the Banish the Abyssal Darkness ritual and its sale by Madame Mina the Ravnos to the Regent of Casablanca. Also, Regent Montoya and I have an agreement that in return for his talking about the Setite Vespa, that I would search for arcane lore and or grimoires for him - though this doesn't technically constitute a boon one way or the other - it is good to keep in mind.
